Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large green peppers
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 peeled tomatoes, chopped
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
6 Tbsp. grated cheese
Preparation

Cut peppers in half; seed. Scald in hot water 4 or 5 minutes; drain. Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add the rice, tomatoes, eggs and sour cream. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Stuff pepper halves and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until pepper is tender.
