Lemon Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    5 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add extract, cornstarch and flour. Form into nickel-size balls. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until firm. Frost with icing made with 10x sugar and lemon juice.
