Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (whole or cut up)
    2 c. rice
    4 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 onion, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Cook the chicken in a lot of water until done.
    Put 4 1/2 cups of the broth in a large pan and bring to a boil.
    Add bouillon cubes and onion.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
    Add the rice and cook 30 minutes on simmer.
    Debone and cut up chicken.
    Add chicken to rice when rice is done.
    Mix well.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
