Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 stacks Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter
poppy seeds
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts with 1/4 onion and 2 stalks celery.
Tear apart; mix with soup, sour cream and wine.
Crunch Ritz in blender and mix with melted butter.
Cover casserole with cracker crumbs and sprinkle liberally with poppy seeds.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
