Toshi'S Favorite Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
pineapple, cherry, apple or peach
walnuts and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 block margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar. Arrange fruit, maraschino cherries and nuts.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour batter over fruit.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes before turning over.
