Chicken Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped chicken
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
Use puffs from cream puff recipe.
Cut off tops and remove soft dough.
Fill with chicken salad filling.
Replace tops and refrigerate until serving.
