Stuffed French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20-inch) loaf French bread, cut in 4 pieces
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 c. chopped parsley (fresh is better)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Hollow out
    bread
    pieces, leaving 1/2-inch thick wall. Spread interior with
    1/4 cup of salad dressing. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped parsley.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pack mixture into
    bread.
    Wrap in plastic.
    Chill at least several hours.
    Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
    Garnish with parsley.
