Clam-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 slice bacon crumbled
3 (6 oz.) cans minced clams
2 to 3 doz. large, fresh mushroom caps
Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Melt
butter
in saucepan.
Add garlic powder, oregano, bread crumbs
and bacon.\tDrain clams, reserving liquid.\tAdd clams
to butter
mixture
along
with
6 tablespoons of clam liquid.
Mix thoroughly.
Fill
mushrooms
with\tbread crumbs mixture. Sprinkle
with Parmesan cheese and top with paprika. Bake
in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.\tLeftover filling can be frozen for future use.
