Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. butter
    2 eggs, separated
    1 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together flour and sugar.
    Cut in butter.
    Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for topping.
    Add baking powder, salt, egg yolks and milk to remainder of batter.
    Beat for 3 minutes on low speed. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture.
    Spread in baking pan.
    Arrange blueberries on top.
    Sprinkle with reserved 3/4 cup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
