Corn Cob Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 dried field corn cobs
1 box Sure-Jell
3 c. sugar
Preparation

Put the corn cobs in a kettle with enough water to cover and boil for 30 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.
Measure 3 cups of the juice and put in a saucepan. Add the Sure-Jell.
Boil. Add sugar and boil for 2 minutes.
Skim off any foam.
Pour jelly into hot jars and seal.
