Creamy Cucumber Salad(This Is A Tasty Salad!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cucumber, drained
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add vinegar and chill until partly thickened.
Fold in the remaining ingredients. Serves 4 to 6.
