House Jogger Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 medium green peppers
2 large carrots
2 large white onions
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
4 jalapeno peppers
3 cloves garlic
1 (4 oz.) can yellow corn
2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes
3 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In
a
wok or large frypan brown meat.
Drain
meat
of excess grease, then set meat aside.
Cut
up
all
vegetables. Thin slice
carrots diagonally about 1/4 inch
thick.
Put
3 tablespoons peanut oil in a wok or large Dutch oven or cooking pot.
Add
some
of
the cut up
vegetables
(green
peppers, onions, jalapeno peppers and carrots).
Stir-fry
or saute for approximately
10 minutes.
Keep stirring
during
this
time. Add remainder of vegetables, other ingredients and meat to the pan. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least 2 hours.
