Orange Roughy In Citrus Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orange roughy
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. plus 3 Tbsp. fruit juice sweetened orange marmalade
    1 tsp. arrowroot
Preparation
    Place fish in shallow, nonmetal casserole.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except marmalade and arrowroot, and mix to dissolve orange juice concentrate.
    Reserve 1/2 cup for sauce.
    Pour remaining mixture over fish.
    Cover fish and marinate in refrigerator 45 minutes or longer, turning at least once.
