Hitching Post Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can green chilies
1 can hominy, drained
1 can mushroom soup
cheese to taste

Preparation

Brown meat with onion, green pepper, salt and pepper.
Add drained chilies, hominy and soup.
Pour in greased baking dish. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
