Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground meat
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large can Ranch Style beans
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 pkg. corn tortillas (12)
Preparation
    Brown together ground meat and onion (chopped). Add soups, beans and tomatoes. Grease a large casserole dish. Shred half the tortillas and place in casserole. Spoon 1/2 the meat mixture over the tortillas. Slice half the cheese and layer over this. Repeat this process. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
