Hot Virginia Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. milk
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. dried beef, minced
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
    4 tsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Saute pecans in butter.
    Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Spread in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with nuts. Chill.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
    Yields 4 cups.
