Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. zucchini
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. nuts (pecans), well chopped
Preparation

Beat the eggs and add oil, sugar and vanilla.
Mix well and add all but zucchini; set aside.
Wash and grate unpeeled zucchini.
Stir it into mixture.
Beat well.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cool and remove from pan.
