Chicken Bianca - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken cutlet, cut in strips
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. white wine
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Fry chicken in olive oil about 10 minutes.
    Add onions; continue frying until chicken starts to brown.
    Add oregano, salt and pepper; continue frying until chicken and onions are well browned.
    Add white wine; simmer for about 20 minutes.
    Add a little water to make sauce.
    Serve with salad, potato and vegetable.
