Quiche Avon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) pie shell, baked for 10 minutes
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. light cream, heated
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of nutmeg
    sauteed onion to taste
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese *
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cream, salt, mustard and nutmeg.
    Add onion and cheese. Pour into baked shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
