Chili Relleno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green chilies
    1/2 lb. sliced Cheddar cheese (thick)
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Fill seeded green chilies with sliced Cheddar cheese.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add flour and egg yolks, beating until creamy.
    Dip chilies into batter and fry in hot oil until brown. Serve with taco sauce.
