Shrimp Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. jumbo shrimp
    1 c. redi flavored bread crumbs
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of garlic powder
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. oil of your choice
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 lemons
    1 1/2 c. Progresso tomato sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Clean and butterfly shrimp.
    Grease pan with margarine.
    Dip shrimp in oil and then bread crumbs.
    Add pepper and garlic powder.
    Place in pan.
    Bake 3 minutes.
    Take out.
    Add tomato sauce and then slice of Mozzarella.
    Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Squeeze lemon before serving.
