Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (16 oz.) can solid pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine\tcrumbs and butter, press onto bottom
of\t9-inch\t spring-form
pan.
Bake
5
minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, spices and salt; mixing at medium speed until well
blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each
addition.\tPour over crust.
Bake 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Loosen
cake
from
rim.\tRemove rim of pan.
Chill several hours or overnight.
