Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Add onions and pepper; cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into ungreased casserole dish.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
