Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. sifted flour (self-rising)
2 c. grated cheese
30 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in dish.
Top with Ritz crackers, crushed.
Pour 1 stick margarine over this and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip (optional).
