Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    lukewarm water.
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cut in shortening until it is coarse crumbs. Add buttermilk\tand yeast water.
    Stir quickly with fork until soft dough is formed.
    Turn out on lightly floured surface and knead 10 to 12 times.
    Roll\tout 1/2-inch thick; cut.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
