Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw zucchini (unpeeled)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. unsifted flour
1 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Gradually beat in oil and sugar.
Add grated zucchini, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after each addition.
Add walnuts if desired.
Pour into greased 3-quart Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans (3/4 full).
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
