Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Owens sausage
1/2 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
6 eggs
salt and pepper
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Pace picante sauce
Preparation

Fry Owens sausage; crumble in large skillet.
Add some margarine.
Cook sausage until brown.
Add the frozen hash brown potatoes, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Cook 10 minutes.
Stir well on medium heat.
Cook until done.
Beat eggs well and stir in potato mixture.
