Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 lb.) bag chicken party wings
4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch fresh ginger, grated
4 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Boil chicken until done but do not overcook.
Drain; set aside.
In frying pan, add oil, garlic and ginger.
Saute 1 1/2 minutes.
Add chicken; continue to saute over low heat 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Add sugar and soy sauce.
Mix well.
Simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour or until thick.
