Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 pod jalapeno pepper
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 c. self-rising meal
    6 slices cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onions; drain. Add listed ingredients and pour half into 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer with cheese. Pour remaining half of mixture over cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
