Classic Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine (optional)
    3 chicken breasts, halved and cooked
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli using package directions; drain.
    Melt butter; blend in flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper.
    Add chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
    Stir in cream and wine.
