Quick Cooked Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. finely shredded cabbage
2 Tbsp. bacon fat or oil
3/4 to 1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, heat bacon fat or oil.
Add cabbage, salt and pepper.
Toss several times or until cabbage is coated with fat.
Cook, covered, about 3 minutes.
