Egg White Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Beat egg whites, vanilla and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat until stiff peaks form and all sugar is dissolved.
Spread the meringue on top of pie.
Put in oven and brown lightly.
