Candy Pecan Rolls(Soft Center) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
    1 pt. Marshmallow Creme
    1/4 tsp. almond
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. caramels
    1 Tbsp. water
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix powdered sugar, Marshmallow Creme, almond and vanilla. Knead until stiff.
    Shape into rolls and freeze.
    Melt caramels and 2 tablespoons water in double boiler.
    Dip rolls in caramel and immediately roll in chopped pecans.
