Spinach With Yogurt And Spices(Palak Raita) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g (1 lb.) spinach
    1 Tbsp. ghee or oil
    1 tsp. black mustard seed
    1 tsp. cumin seed
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. fenugreek seed
    pinch of chili powder or cayenne pepper (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 c. yogurt
Preparation
    Wash spinach well and remove any tough stems. Pull the leaves into pieces and put into a saucepan with the moisture on the leaves or add 1 tablespoon of water.
    Cover and steam over low heat until spinach is tender.
    Drain and chop finely.
