No Filler Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
    1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Check crabmeat for shells.
    Add all ingredients and mix well. Shape into cakes.
    Broil 5 minutes.
    Serve with tartar or cocktail sauce.
    Serves 4.
