Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark Karo
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook to hard crack stage.
    Remove from heat and add a pinch of soda.
    Stir well and pour over popped corn.
