Apricot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can apricots, drained
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 1 lemon
    juice of apricots
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar; add eggs.
    Add lemon and apricot juices. Cook until thick.
    Cool.
    Layer apricots, cheese and nuts in bottom of mold or 9-inch square pan.
    Pour cool dressing over all.
    Chill.
    Cut into squares.
