Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. chuck roast, cut up
    1 can onion soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    3/4 c. red wine or cooking sherry
Preparation
    Brown meat; put meat and rest of ingredients in a casserole bowl.
    Cook, uncovered, in oven for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
