Apple Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded green apple
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    In bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add apple and pecans.
    In another bowl combine sugar, milk, oil, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon peel and egg.
    Mix well.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
