Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pork and beans (in juice)
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) kidney beans, drained
    1 (17 oz.) lima beans, drained
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 to 3 Tbsp. onion (optional)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Combine beans in a casserole dish.
    Add ground beef and other ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes (have substituted with chili beans and butter beans). Also, have substituted cut up hot dogs for the ground beef, but not as good.
