Angel'S Hair Tomato Basil Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. capellini
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    3 large tomatoes, peeled and diced or 1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomato and cut them up
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or dried basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare capellini according to package directions; drain.
    In a large skillet, heat oil.
    Stir-fry garlic and green onions one minute (do not brown).
    Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
    Stir and cook 2 minutes.
    Toss tomato sauce with hot cooked capellini. Serve and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
