Peas And Hash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
1 can peas
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can diced potatoes, drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

In skillet, brown hamburger and onion in hot shortening, stirring to separate beef into small pieces.
Season with salt and pepper. Drain peas and reserve 1/2 of the liquid.
Add peas, reserved liquid and potatoes.
Heat over low temperature until vegetables are hot. Makes 4 servings.
