Lemon Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 drops yellow food coloring
Preparation
    In 1-quart saucepan, heat ingredients and bring to boiling; stir constantly.
    Boil 1 minute; set aside.
    Cool to room temperature.
