Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 boxes honey graham crackers
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 boxes French vanilla pudding
4 c. milk
1 container chocolate frosting
Preparation

In a large bowl, blend the pudding with the milk for 2 to 3 minutes on medium. Fold the Cool Whip in and continue to blend. Place crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Alternate layers of crackers and pudding mix 3 times. Make sure to end with crackers. Put chocolate frosting in microwave for 30 seconds. While still warm, spread over top layer of crackers. Refrigerate until needed.
