Watermelon Bombe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. lime sherbet
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 qt. raspberry sherbet
    chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    Line large bowl with Saran Wrap. Soften the sherbet and the ice cream. Press the lime sherbet into the bowl, covering the bottom and sides up to the rim. Freeze until very firm. Repeat with vanilla ice cream. Mix some chocolate sprinkles into the softened raspberry sherbet and fill the middle of the bowl with this mixture. Freeze until very firm.
