Frothy Fruit Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. strawberries
1 orange, peeled and halved
dash of salt (optional)
1/2 c. crushed ice or 4 to 5 ice cubes
1 ripe banana, peeled and quartered
Preparation

Place fruit and salt in a blender and puree.
Combine puree with 1/2 cup of finely crushed ice or add ice cubes to the puree in the blender and blend until the cubes are crushed.
Use your imagination and use any combination of fruit.
Makes 2 cup servings.
