Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained thoroughly
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1 raw onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    With wet hands, roll into small balls.
    Freeze separated on a cookie sheet for 1 hour.
    Put in a Baggie.
    Bake frozen for 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 80 balls.
