Spicy Sausage-Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. whole thyme
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 c. diced potatoes
Preparation
    Brown sausage in a large Dutch oven, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off pan drippings.
    Stir in next 9 ingredients.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour.
    Add green pepper and potatoes.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Makes 11 cups.
