Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, medium
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans (medium chop)
1 large Pet Ritz pie shell
Preparation

Mix
flour and sugar.
Beat eggs and add to flour-sugar mixture.
Stir
in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until center is firm in 325\u00b0 oven.
