Janet'S Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    3 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, margarine, baking powder and salt as you would for pie crust.
    Reserve 1 cup of this mixture for crumbs on top of cake.
    Lightly flour berries and add to dry mixture.
    Beat eggs well.
    Combine with 3/4 cup milk.
    Add eggs and milk to dry mixture, folding in.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan (or two 9-inch pans).
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and reserved crumb mixture. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
